Recipes

The best way to eat lobster is fresh from the sea and onto the table in
the shell. For some great tips on buying,
storing and preparing lobster check out the PEI page on lobster. Serving
lobster in the shell isn't always possible but there are certainly many
ways to enjoy lobster. Some of the recipes listed here may not use lobster
but
may help to enhance the lobster experience. I hope you enjoy these recipes
as much as we do. If you have any favorites you would like us to add send
